Unplugged
NODI “Unplugged” is a collaborative rug collection with Alma Lopez and Liz Wert, created in partnership with NODI Rugs. The project reinterprets the independent spirit of the 1990s for contemporary interiors, introducing a series of pieces that expand beyond conventional rug design and offer new ways of shaping space.
Drawing from a pre-digital era defined by individuality and experimentation, “Unplugged” explores how the energy of the 90s can exist within today’s context. The collection reflects on a moment just before hyper-digital culture, where creative expression felt more tactile, personal, and unfiltered. It considers how that spirit can be translated into present-day environments, creating space for expression, connection, and a more grounded approach to living.
