Alma Lopez
Alma Jimenez Lopez (she/her) is a first-generation Mexican-American designer, artist, and Creative Director at MG West. Her work bridges interior architecture, furniture, and cultural storytelling, with over 16 years of experience shaping the design industry.
She has worked at Studio O+A and Assembly Design Studio, and co-founded ADITIONS, an experiential design studio later acquired by CANOA, where she served as Head of Creative. Alma is also the founder of her studio and co-founder of Of Threads Collective, uplifting Mexican-American artists through exhibitions and cultural exchange.
Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Architectural Digest, Fast Company, and Dezeen, and she is a recipient of the Good Design Award. She is committed to expanding representation and collaboration across the design industry.
